Please take a moment to complete a survey to help us plan for the upcoming school year. Survey is open through Friday, April 17th.
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TFRDFKN Many have asked how they can support Seamark School in addition to the fundraising efforts of clipping Box Tops for Education, Labels for Education, etc. Another way to show your support is to monitor our school wish list and make purchases or donate gift cards for our most urgent needs. We had a tie on the winning robots with Team Maribel/Stormy and Team Dorothy/Jeffrey! Way to go!!! This day is always the most challenging for the students as they learn the degree of details needed for programing every movement of their robots. Teams worked on programming commands and testing their robots preparing for tomorrow's robotic battle. As of end of today's session, each robot can avoid crashing with a wall and can successfully determine the edge of the competition mat. Day 2 was spent building their robots. The kids are fully engaged and having loads of fun. Today was the first day of our 2nd Annual Robotics Camp thanks to Brian Knight of Pragmatic Works. Those high-pitched squeals of delight were our kids as they spent the day team building and learning a little bout engineering. It was an egg-citing day!
